Compliance Center

Verification before value

Compliance governs who we transact with, what material we accept and how each transaction is documented.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Every counterparty is identified and verified before pricing is released. Individuals provide government identification and proof of address; corporates provide entity documents, ownership structure and authorised signatory evidence.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Transactions are assessed for source of funds and source of wealth, with enhanced due diligence applied to higher-risk profiles, jurisdictions and structures.

Sanctions screening

Counterparties and related parties are screened against applicable sanctions and politically exposed person lists before onboarding and periodically thereafter.

Responsible sourcing

Material is accepted only where origin and chain of custody can be evidenced. We decline material that cannot be documented to an acceptable standard.

Customer verification

Records are refreshed on a risk-based cycle. Material changes to ownership, control or activity trigger re-verification.

Transaction monitoring

Activity is reviewed against the expected profile established at onboarding, with escalation procedures for unusual patterns.

Data protection & privacy

Client information is stored with access controls and retained only for as long as legal and regulatory obligations require.

Risk disclosures

Precious metals carry market, liquidity and counterparty risk. Nothing published here is investment advice or a guarantee of return.
